A+ For Energy Grant Application

Since 2007, hundreds of teachers and thousands of students have participated in the Emerald-Award-winning A+ for Energy Program. We are excited to hear what your school has planned to bring energy education to life for your students! Use the online application form to share your project ideas for a chance to receive up to $5000.

Student Learning and Experience

This section is all about your students. We are looking for projects that engage and involve students in learning about ENERGY! Focus on the student experience and learning activities for your project. Please describe curriculum goals in the context of energy.

Don’t forget to reference the A+ for Energy rubric which is available to download on the A+ for Energy webpage.

Please list the total amount of money you are requesting from the A+ for Energy Program. ($) * Grants can be a maximum of $5000 but only ask for what you truly need. We reserve the right to award partial project costs.

The A+ for Energy Grant Year is for the upcoming 2023-24 school year.

Grant recipients are required to submit an online mid point project check in by December 2023. This will include submitting budget information and receipts.

A final video report is due June 15, 2024.
